Bob Stuart, Sr., Chairman of the  Board
Bob Stuart, Sr., a graduate and All-American Football player of West Point, joined JD Young in 1958 and started selling blueprint services.  When 3M introduced the first copier, he began selling copy machines and microfilm reader/printers.  Evolving technology led the company to bring on new technology partners, and Bob guided the sales team into these new ventures.  In 1990, Bob and his wife, Harriett, purchased the remaining shares of the company from Mr. Young to become sole owners.  Today, he is a member of the Tulsa Executives' Association and the Men's Club of Tulsa.  He is also a member and elder at Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church.  Bob believes the key principle to business success, is bringing clients the best customer care they can possibly get from a team of local professionals.
Bob Stuart, Jr., CEO
Bob Stuart graduated from Holland Hall School and attended the University of Oklahoma.  After college, he worked as a petroleum landman in Oklahoma City for two years before moving back to Tulsa to work for Dean Witter as a broker.  In 1981, Bob joined JD Young as a sales manager for a new sales division, and has served in various administrative roles since then.  He is a member of the Tulsa Executives' Association and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.  He and his wife Patty have five children and are members of First United Methodist Church of Tulsa.  During his free time, Bob enjoys coaching soccer, bass fishing and snow skiing.  Bob believes that one reason JD Young has enjoyed continued success over the years is the high level of trust that has been built with clients.  One of his major goals for the company is to create a work environment that fosters career-long relationships between JD Young and its employees.
Doug Stuart, President
A graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Tulsa, Doug Stuart serves as the President of JD Young.  He has worked with the sales team since 1983 when he began selling fax technology.  Since then, his roles have included Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales.  Today, he provides leadership to the organization as President.  Doug is a member of the Tulsa Young Presidents Organization, the Indian Nations Council Boy Scouts of America, the Tulsa Sports Commission, the Rotary Club of Tulsa and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.  He and his wife Deni have two children and are members of Resurrection Church.  When he's not at work, Doug enjoys golfing, traveling and volunteering for non-profit organizations.  Doug's passion is for excellent client service and believes in building relationships of trust with clients.
Walter Faber, Controller
Walter Faber, a Tulsa native and graduate of East Central High School, attended Tulsa Community College where he studied accounting and technology.  Walter joined JD Young in 1979 as a shop technician and has since held the titles of Field Technician and Service Manager.  Today, he is Controller and oversees the accounting department and banking transactions, while also attending to JD Young's facility management contracts. Walter and his wife, Becky, have four children and one grandchild, and are members at Garnett Road Baptist Church.  During his free time, he enjoys working around his house and collecting Hot Wheels.  Walter's passion is to maintain a positive working environment that encourages professional growth and success.
Ed Daman, Vice President of Operations
A Tulsa native, Ed Daman holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and a Masters in Business Administration from NortheasternStateUniversity.  Ed joined JD Young in 1984 as a typewriter and word processor field technician.  Since then, his roles have included Field Supervisor, Field Service Manager, and Vice President of Service.  Today, he is the Vice President of Operations and oversees the service, logistics and human resources departments.  Outside of JD Young, Ed has taught undergraduate classes at Southern Nazarene University, is a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honors Society, and serves on advisory councils for Roger's State University and several industry manufacturers.  Ed and his wife, Marie, have four children and attend All Souls Unitarian Church.  During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.  Some of Ed's goals for JD Young are continuous improvement of the customer's experience through responsiveness to surveys and feedback and improving the overall efficiency of service-related procedures, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
Mike Milburn, Vice President of Sales
Mike Milburn, a Texas native, attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas where he studied business.  After college, Mike started working for Lanier as a sales representative and was quickly promoted to Sales Manager.  In all, Mike served nine years in various management positions at Lanier.  In 1997, Mike became the Vice President of Sales for JD Young.  Mike and his wife Shanna have four children.  Mike enjoys golfing and boating during his free time.  As he continues as Vice President, one of Mike's major goals is to create public awareness of JD Young's ability to deliver comprehensive document workflow solutions.
Shanna Milburn, Print Services
Shanna Milburn graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Marketing.  During college, Shanna launched her career in restaurant management and gained over five years experience in various management positions.  In 1995, Shanna joined JD Young as a document hardware sales representative for rural territories.  She later became the Director of Marketing and now manages the print services division.  She is a member of Tulsa Young Professionals, the National Association of Printing Leadership, Printing Industries of America, Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, Digital Print Council and a director with the Oklahoma Chapter of AIIM, an Enterprise Content Management Organization.  Shanna and her husband Mike have four children, and while she is not busy working, Shanna enjoys boating and coaching cheer and dance.  Shanna's goal is to see the print services division, the division on which JD Young was founded, help clients manage their document services both onsite and offsite. Shanna would also like to use her marketing and printing background to help her clients personalize their marketing efforts.
