Used Inventory Specialist

REPORTS TO: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
LEVEL: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
 
Key Working Relationships:
This position reports directly to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. It is essential part of the Logistics Division’s ability to service customers with a view toward fulfillment of the Corporate Mission Statement. 
The individual works closely with other Logistics personnel, service and sales. 
 
Basic Functions:
The key role of this position is to provide used inventory control.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
USED INVENTORY
·  Maintain used machine inventory & warehouse in an orderly and efficient manner
·  Work with Refurbish Shop & Sales Management to keep used inventory flowing
·  Provide inventory reports to Sales Management, Vice President of Operation and 
               Logistics Management
·  Turning paperwork in promptly
·  Cross-training in other Logistics positions
·  Track lease and customer owed equipment
·  Facilitate Intra State and Inter State Shipping Requests by Customers
·  Work with Wholesalers to buy and sell used equipment
·  Coordinate shipping lease equipment
·  Implement selling equipment utilizing Ebay
·  Other duties assigned by Management
·  Attend scheduled meetings for the Logistics
·  Regular and routine attendance
·  Works well with others
·  Able to work well under stress
·  Back up equipment delivery personnel including but not restricted to:
          -Loading & unloading equipment
          -Operate company vehicles
                    -Equipment delivery & pickup
 
Scope:
This role is essential to the ultimate satisfaction of our customers. It is seen as a support position for the Logistics Department. 
 
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be a team player and show initiative. This individual must demonstrate, without question, customer service skills, detailed oriented, ability to concentrate on quality of service, and willingness to learn other positions in the Warehouse. This position requires daily lifting of equipment and accessories weighing up to 150 pounds with help and 75 pounds individually, stooping and bending, use of hand tools and working around electrical equipment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Must have a good driving record. This position requires accurate accounting for time and materials. Must have a professional appearance
