How can I get a maintenance contract for my machine?
Send contact information and questions to customercare@jdyoung.com. A JD Young Representative will contact you within 8 business hours.

What is a Surge Protector? How can I have a Surge Protector installed?
A surge protector is a device that protects your electronic office equipment from power surges, lightning strikes and interference on electrical lines. You can request a representative to contact you at customercare@jdyoung.com. A Technical Service Representative will be sent to your location to evaluate your needs.

How can I have my machine(s) networked?
Place a service call through www.jdyoung.com or service@jdyoung.com. In some cases there will be a charge, as it is generally not covered in a maintenance agreement.

How do I place a service call?
You can place a service call on www.jdyoung.com under the Customer Support tab or by emailing service@jdyoung.com.

Where do I find the Express ID?
The Express ID is generally located on the front or side covers of your equipment.

How long does it usually take before a Technical Service Representative arrives at our location after placing a service call?
Generally our response time averages four hours in the Tulsa Metro area. Outlying areas can take longer. You can request an ETA in emergency and critical situations.

How can I check the status of a service call?
You can call the JD Young service line at 918.582.1995 and select option 2, or you can email service@jdyoung.com to request an ETA.

How do I place a supply order?
You can place a supply call on www.jdyoung.com under the Customer Support tab or by emailing supplies@jdyoung.com.

When should I expect my supply order?
Supply orders called in by 2:30 p.m. are shipped the same day and are delivered the next business day. Express delivery service is available same day by special request.

What if I need my order before the next delivery day?
Express delivery service is available same day by special request. Supplies can also be picked up at our 15 S. Lawton location in downtown Tulsa.
