Placing my service request was very easy and the appointment was prompt. Phil was very kind and courteous. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. He promised to follow up the next day to ensure our director was happy as well. We did get a follow up visit from him. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and attention to detail from both Phil and Marlon.
Alan fixed the problem and cleaned the machine. He told me what caused the problem and how it was fixed. He was nice and talked me through all the problems we had. Wonderful to work with. He was great.
Nate is very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. We already get the service dispatch notification emails. It is wonderful. It lets you know how to prepare and schedule your day so that someone is available when the technician is scheduled to arrive.
Nate realized the problem was not with the copier but did not leave without finding the cause and solving it. I cannot express enough at the quality of character with JD Young employees. I believe you are the BEST company!!!
