Meet Glen — a Senior Service Technician specializing in Toshiba products. Glen has been a part of the JD Young Technologies team for over 17 years, with over 20 years of experience in the business solutions industry. Glen’s fascination with technical work began in childhood, as he was prone to attempt to reverse engineer his toys. Later, after serving as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, Glen worked for various printer and copier companies — mastering his skills as he went. Since then, he’s become of JD Young Technologies’ most experienced service technicians — earning the Top Tech award on several occasions. His mastery of troubleshooting problems and assist customers with their problems has made him an essential asset to his team. When he’s not diagnosing hardware or IT issues, he can likely be found outdoors — fishing, hiking, or hunting.
