Meet Ashlee — Call Center Supervisor and part of the JD Young Technologies team for over 14 years. Ashlee not only assists her staff but also takes many calls from customers — ensuring that their supply and technical needs are met. She strives to make every customer feel like a person with needs and not an account number. For this reason, Ashlee knows many customers on a first-name basis. When she’s not making sure that every customer feels valued, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her family — from camping to riding dirt bikes, four-wheeling, and more.
