How to Scan to an Email Address on a Ricoh MP C3503

Hi, my name is Sheerean and I'm the client trainer here at JD Young. And today I'm going to show you how to scan to email on a Rico MP C3503.

If you have a Rico smart panel, then your scanner button is going to be on the screen. But if you have a different model, you may have a scanner button here on the side. So what you're going to want to do is you're going to hit scanner and you're going to highlight the name that you want to send to. If you do want to email to more than one person at a time, you can select multiple email addresses by highlighting them like that. And then if you do not have a default sender set up in your machine, you're going to want to hit sender name, and highlight your name again, and hit OK. 

Put your document face up and hit start.

You're all set.
