Meet Cathy — who specializes in Business Development and well as Client Relations for JD Young Technologies. JD Young Technologies was actually Cathy’s first career move out of college, but she returned to the company after years with other companies. One could say that her job is to be the listening ear for the company. Her responsibilities include talking with existing customers to hear what they both like about their service and how JD Young Technologies could do better. She eagerly considers all feedback to help determine how the company can enhance the overall experience for customers going forward.

“One of the things that I feel that I add the most to the customer's experience really is a listening ear. Because when I go in, I'm not going in as a salesperson. I'm going in representing [the] JD Young company and representing not our products, but our products and our services to make sure that we are doing everything we can do to meet their needs.”
