Meet Brad — Service Supervisor and employee of JD Young Technologies for over 24 years. He started with the company, knowing little about the copier industry. Over time, he became increasingly adept at all nature of repairs for copiers, printers, and other imaging equipment maintenance. He earned a supervisor role in 2007. Brad has worked as a point person for several hospitals in the area for their copier and printer repair needs and upgrades. When not supervising other service technicians, Brad likes to spend time with his family — including his five grandsons. He and his wife are also avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fans, traveling all over the country to see their favorite team play.
“One of the things I love about my job is just the simple fact of going into a customer's office, knowing that they've got an issue or a problem or a concern that I'm able to help them with and just listening to them explain their situation and being able to resolve their issue or their problem is very, very rewarding — for me and hopefully for them as well.”
